I help runners get stronger, faster, and more capable — with structured programming that removes the guesswork and finally gives your training direction. I work with individuals who want to improve performance, build strength that supports their running, and feel confident heading into every session with purpose. My approach gives you progression, accountability, and clarity — so you’re not just running, you’re training with intent toward your next event, milestone, or breakthrough.

What to expect:

  • Run your first 5km or improve your half marathon time, I work with runners across all distances from beginners to intermediate to seasoned athletes
  • Event specific programming — tailored to your race calendar, training level, and performance goals
  • Strength + run sessions designed to enhance endurance, speed, and resilience
  • Training delivered via TrainingPeaks — with data tracking, structure, and session breakdowns
  • Weekly check-in form every Sunday to keep you aligned and accountable
  • Communication via WhatsApp, 1-2 x per week for key updates or adjustments
  • Nutritional guidance to support your training and goals
